About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Cold Caller to join our organization. This is a full-time role requiring fluent communication in both Spanish and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
  • Promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
