Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems, ensuring seamless communication with front office and clinical teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/degree holder with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and additional languages an asset).
  • Experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a patient-focused approach.
