Flying Zone Academy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Airline Ground Staff. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional passenger service duties including check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and addressing passenger inquiries.
  • To ensure the safety and security of the aircraft and its occupants by following standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate between various airport departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • To assist passengers with special requirements and provide additional support when needed.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in aviation or hospitality fields are beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with airport operations software.
