Workday Security Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Workday professional to lead our security efforts and ensure the integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Workday security solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday security best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a Workday Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of overall Workday solution, with hands-on experience of implementing (from design to deploy) at least two Workday modules: Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Talent Management, Compensation / Advanced Compensation management, Recruitment, Benefits, others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and driving improvement.
  • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred but not mandatory.
