Lead Workday Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Workday Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of Workday security solutions.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement secure Workday solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
    • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on Workday security best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday security features and technologies.
  • Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience working as a Workday Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
    • Working knowledge of overall Workday solution, with hands-on experience of implementing (from design to deploy) of at least two Workday modules; Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Talent Management, Compensation/Advanced Compensation management, Recruitment, Benefits, others.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
    • A commitment to continuous learning and driving improvement.
    • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred but not mandatory.
