**Job Title:** Workday Enterprise Solutions Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions within the Workday platform by optimizing financial systems, collaborating with key stakeholders, and leading initiatives to implement system enhancements.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-level solutions within the Workday environment, optimizing financial systems, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise technologies while aligning solutions to business objectives.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Business Product Owners, IT Product Managers, Technical Architects, Compliance, and development/support teams is essential. The successful candidate will align product strategy and roadmap with organizational priorities by working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Industry trends, Workday updates, and emerging technologies must be monitored for potential application within the organization.

Maintaining deep expertise in Workday HCM and other Workday modules, as well as related business applications, is crucial.

Gathering and analyzing business requirements in partnership with stakeholders is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Minimum of 9 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role, is necessary.

Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules, in-depth knowledge of Workday's security framework and business process configuration, and solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies are essential.

Workday certifications are required.
