Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Workday Absence Management Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Absence Management solutions for our partners. The successful candidate will collaborate within project frameworks, conduct workshops to identify and specify absence management requirements, draft functional specifications, configure the Workday Absence Management module, monitor progress, and define testing scenarios.

  • Defining and executing testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions is also a key responsibility
  • This role involves supporting deployment and providing user assistance during the transition to Workday Absence
  • Delivering training sessions to users and contributing to change management initiatives is essential
  • The specialist will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module is required
  • A strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management, leave policies, and compliance is necessary
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday is essential
  • Workday Absence Management certification is highly valued
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments is essential
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
