As a Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the migration of legacy systems to our new platform. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive data migration efforts, perform quality assurance, and optimize data processes.Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for conducting data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • You will create Electronic Information Builders (EIBs) and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • You will identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors.
  • You will develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • You will work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (optional) can be beneficial.
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role is required.
  • A strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices is essential.
  • You should possess exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are necessary.
