Job Title: Export Operations Specialist

The role of the Export Operations Specialist is to oversee and manage multiple projects related to banana export operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects with cross-functional teams, focusing on quality standards and schedule adherence.
  • Monitor temperature data at various stages, including farm, cold storage, dispatch, pre-carriage transport, and voyage, documenting any deviations or breakdowns in cold chain management.
  • Analyze logger reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to maintain export quality.
Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of supply chain data to optimize processes and reduce losses.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting performance, deviations, and recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring of critical parameters.
Customer Complaint Management & RCA:
  • Investigate customer complaints related to container quality, temperature deviations, or product spoilage.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and identify corrective/preventive actions.
  • Share findings with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to avoid recurrence.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Audit farm and cold storage practices to ensure compliance with export standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and supplier communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with temperature logger systems and reporting formats.
  • Effective communication and coordination with diverse stakeholders.
