Export Coordinator – Japanese & Latin American Pharma Markets

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Export Coordinator to lead business development and client relationship management, with a primary focus on the Japanese pharmaceutical market and expansion into Latin American regions. The ideal candidate will combine strong export knowledge, business acumen, and relationship management skills to grow our global presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the export and supply of OTC APIs and pharmaceutical impurities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in Japan and Latin America.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead contract negotiations to ensure long-term profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business goals and streamline operations.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, monitor competitors, and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare high-quality client presentations and product pitches tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Chemistry, Business, or International Trade (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in export coordination, business development, or international sales in the pharma sector.
  • Familiarity with Japanese or Latin American markets will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical APIs, excipients, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/export documentation tools.
