We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and grow export key accounts within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage export key accounts to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with international clients, converters, and brand owners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for export clients from inquiry to order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and upsell new solutions.
  • Prepare and share regular business reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Ensure effective handling of customer complaints, quality issues, and post-sales service.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends in key export geographies.
