We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT/ITES export accounting and expertise in Zoho Books.
As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, and adjustments. You will also create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
You will record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting. Additionally, you will manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools. Your responsibilities will also include handling TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce, with minimum 4 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience. They must have hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation) and strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills. The ability to coordinate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes is essential.
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce
