Global Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual technical support specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for users across global regions, you will handle technical support related to mobile devices and services through calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in multiple languages via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with mobile devices and connectivity
  • Log and manage service tickets efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with international teams to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure timely and efficient issue resolution while adhering to SLAs and KPIs

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in technical support or international voice process
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus
