Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
- Process and manage customer orders, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors and work with them to resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with customers at all times.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working in ecommerce operations or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
