Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Welcoming: Provide a friendly and professional first impression for visitors and callers by answering the phone in a timely manner, responding to emails and messages promptly, and greeting visitors warmly.
  • Managing the Reception Area: Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area, including the front desk, waiting area, and surrounding spaces.
  • Handling Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms as needed.
  • Maintaining Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that the office is well-stocked at all times.
  • Providing Information and Assistance: Answer general inquiries, provide directions, and offer assistance to visitors as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
