Customer Service Representative

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a customer service professional.

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating service requests, liaising with service partners, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Daily Tasks:

  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Maintaining service records
  • Collaborating with other departments to meet customer service goals and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Inbound / Outbound Calls
  • Managing What's app and Email Communication
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Candidate should have Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed service records and reports
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with the consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working towards providing exceptional customer experiences.
