Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner, providing accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them to higher-level management as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database, ensuring seamless follow-up and issue resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and processes to provide customers with expert advice and support.
- Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services that meet customer needs, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and effectively, minimizing delays and errors.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and to resolve any outstanding issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
