Key Role: Technical Leader

Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and RCS messaging platforms provider seeks a seasoned technical leader to drive the next phase of growth. This is a founder’s office role, working directly with the founder to design, build, and scale messaging platforms.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and scale SMS/WhatsApp API & campaign platforms.
  • Work hands-on in PHP/MySQL while planning transition to microservices (Node.js/Go/Python).
  • Architect and manage high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and database optimization.
  • Ensure 99.9% uptime, security, and cost optimization of infrastructure.
  • Build and mentor a lean team (backend, frontend, QA).
  • Collaborate on roadmap, new features, and compliance (Meta, TRAI, RCS).
Requirements
  • 6–8 years in backend/API-heavy systems.
  • Strong coding skills in PHP/MySQL, plus exposure to Node.js/Go/Python.
  • Experience with high-scale messaging, API security, queues, load balancing.
  • Prior startup/leadership experience preferred.
  • Someone who loves to code, architect, and lead (not just manage).
