Job Description

As a seasoned systems engineer, you will play a crucial role in automating business processes and managing ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the administration and integration of collaboration platforms, working with internal and external partners across various organizations, and establishing strong relationships with users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to enhance system functionality.
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.
  • Maintain system security and implement industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology support.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in building and deploying services using PowerShell, PowerBI, APIs, WebServices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
  • The ability to foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to decompose complex problems into manageable components.
  • 4+ years of experience in building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
