Senior Instrumentation Specialist

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instrumentation Specialist to join its team. This role will lead the effort to develop, assign, and manage maintenance strategies for field instrumentation equipment, with a focus on enhancing asset reliability.
- Lead engineering activities in key areas of instrumentation technology, including field instruments, control and shutdown valves, analyzers, and control systems.
- Develop and update equipment maintenance strategies for instrumentation, such as transmitters, control valves, flow meters, and analyzers.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
- Apply knowledge of asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
- Implement preventive, predictive, and condition monitoring tasks for assets.
- Standardize instrumentation maintenance procedures and test intervals across similar asset classes.
- Have expertise in hazardous area classification and international instrumentation standards.
Must-have skills include instrumentation and electrical maintenance and inspection, field instrumentation, preventive and predictive maintenance techniques. Added advantage: SAP PM Module, Asset Performance Management.
