Teaching and Curriculum Development Specialist

This role involves developing industry-aligned curricula, teaching and facilitating courses, grading assignments, coordinating guest faculty, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, course delivery, assessment and feedback, and programme quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, industry-focused educational content under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.
  • Teach and facilitate certificate programmes, prioritizing engaging learning experiences for diverse learners.
  • Grade student assignments and assessments, providing timely and actionable feedback.
  • Coordinate guest faculty, collaborating with senior faculty to ensure programme excellence.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise by staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Key Competencies:

  • Adapt teaching methods and content to meet evolving industry standards and learner needs.
  • Interact effectively with diverse teams, including guest faculty and administrative staff.
  • Prioritize student success, committing to delivering high-quality training in an online setting.
  • Identify challenges in programme delivery and student outcomes, proposing innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in AI, business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working with complex technology projects and large-scale data sets.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in these areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage learners in an online environment.

Desirable Additional Qualifications:

  • Certification(s) in relevant technologies or methodologies.
  • Experience mentoring adult learners or professionals in certificate or continuing education programmes.
