Job Title: Senior SAP Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

As a senior SAP implementation specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the EC implementation project team and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct workshops and run demos for customers to showcase the capabilities of the EC solution.
  • Configure EC data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
  • Validate whether the EC solution is compatible with the requirements given by the business team.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP/SuccessFactors and apply that knowledge to improve the EC solution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP/SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to core HR.
  • Experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
