SAP RE-FX Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX specialist to configure and implement the SAP RE-FX module according to business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate lifecycle and IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, as well as experience with lease-in / lease-out contracts, rent adjustments, conditions, and indexation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and implement the SAP RE-FX module according to business requirements.
  2. Analyze business processes related to real estate leasing, contracts, property management, and translate them into SAP functionality.
  3. Manage RE-FX master data, including business entities, buildings, land, rental objects, contracts, and conditions.
  4. Handle contract lifecycle management: inception, changes, renewal, and termination.
  5. Integrate RE-FX with SAP FI/CO, PS, PM, and MM modules.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders, end users, and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  7. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to real estate accounting.
  8. Create and maintain documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
  9. Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancement packs, and patch testing for RE-FX.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-6 years of experience with SAP RE-FX implementation and support.
  3. Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle and IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance.
  4. Experience with lease-in / lease-out contracts, rent adjustments, conditions, and indexation.
  5. Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration, particularly in asset accounting and revenue recognition.
