Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation to drive the delivery of high-quality solutions.

As an EC Implementation Expert, you will lead and manage complex implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage EC implementation projects, including requirement-gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and expectations.
  • Configure EC modules, including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Events.
  • Integrate EC with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time, LMS) and third-party systems.
  • Handle data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders.
  • Support post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and change requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of EC modules, including Position Management, Job Info, Personal Info, and Global Benefits.
  • Familiarity with Integration Center, OData API, and Middleware tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
