Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the successful implementation of life skills programs at schools across various locations.

As a Program Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation process, collaborating with school stakeholders, and supporting teachers in effectively delivering the programs to students.

  • Work closely with content experts to ensure quality of the program, with close involvement in creation, review and signoff of the programs prior to implementation.
  • Day to day involvement with the content team and actively participate in content quality and ensure program readiness to go to the market.
  • Actively participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers and students as workshops, seminars and training programs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Program Development: Create high-quality programs that align with learning objectives and standards.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of programs at schools, ensuring smooth execution and effective delivery.
  • School Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Teacher Support: Provide ongoing support to teachers to ensure they have the necessary resources and guidance to deliver programs effectively.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness, providing insights for future program development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theory.
  • Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of the Indian education system are desirable. Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi is also highly valued.
