We are currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in SQL, data visualization, and product analytics tools.

This role is responsible for supporting decision-making across multiple departments by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

  1. Maintain and improve our internal data warehouse and reporting systems.
  2. Write SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
  3. Design and manage data pipelines and ensure data quality.

Data Infrastructure & Management

In this role, you will:

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Create templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking.

Product & Behavioral Analytics

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing and configuring tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Setting up and maintaining tracking for user actions and product features.

Attribution & Campaign Tracking

Additionally, you will:

  • Ensure accurate tracking using UTM parameters and campaign data.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing to validate attribution data.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficient in SQL, with experience optimizing queries and data models.
  • Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution (e.g., UTM parameters).

Nice to Have

A plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.
  • Experience in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.
