Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Conversion Specialist and Sales Executive, located in Kerala, India. The Lead Conversion Specialist and Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, following up with prospective clients, presenting sales proposals, and meeting sales targets. The specialist is also expected to collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and provide client feedback.
Qualifications
- Excellent lead generation, qualification, and conversion skills
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, market research, and developing sales proposals
- Ability to meet sales targets and collaborate with the marketing team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
