
Training Experience Specialist

The role of Instructional Designer entails supporting the development and implementation of training initiatives to meet business objectives.
This includes creating eLearning content, delivering live training sessions, and reporting on learning metrics.
The successful Instructional Designer ensures effective transfer of knowledge to technical and non-technical audiences utilizing appropriate techniques and tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective learning experiences using various delivery methods and incorporating knowledge checks where necessary.
- Create written learning materials including documentation, one-sheets, and reference guides.
- Develop and update content for eLearning modules either from scratch or using source materials provided by subject matter experts.
- Deliver presentations for live training sessions catering to diverse learner audience sizes.
- Support the creation and dissemination of best practices and guidelines for crafting engaging learning experiences.
- Lead live training sessions and track attendance.
- Prepare Facilitator's guides.
- Contribute to the rollout of technology learning.
- Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery of learning as scheduled.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years experience in Instructional Design driving training initiatives with a proven track record of meeting goals and stakeholder needs.
- Proficiency in designing and developing training content using various tools with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Articulate 360 (Storyline), Canva, etc.
- Experience in delivering instructor-led training both in classroom and virtual settings.
- Familiarity with content fulfillment, digital workflows, asset and data management systems, multimedia formats, and localization asset creation is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate professionalism under pressure and project oneself as a team player.
