Employee Development Trainer

Job Overview:

As an Employee Development Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering learning programs to employees in various functions and geographies. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct course evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop relationships with HR specialists and other Learning & Development functional areas to ensure alignment and consistency in training delivery.
  • Provide career and development consultation to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Work closely with training administrators to ensure that LMS actions are regularly updated and that training data is accurately recorded.
  • Identify opportunities for learning program and process improvements and develop recommendations for implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in training or a related field, including 1+ year of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
