Team Lead

  • This is a highly specialized role that involves leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring they are meeting their Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You will work closely with your team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback, and creating development plans to help team members grow professionally.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will need to build strong relationships with your team, management, and clients. You must also be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive business results.
  • One of your key responsibilities will be to create and manage reports on your team's performance, which will inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will also be required to handle escalated issues, both internally and externally, and provide effective solutions to resolve these issues.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as a liaison between management and your team, providing critical support and guidance to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure.
