Role OverviewWe are hiring a Dialler Operations Executive to manage day-to-day Ameyo dialler operations, lead tracking, and call reporting to ensure smooth functioning of outbound and inbound campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor Ameyo dialler to ensure smooth call flow during business hoursPost dialler reports at fixed intervals (11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, 9pm, 11pm & EOD)Share daily associate CDR reports and inbound call summaries (picked, dropped, attended)Troubleshoot and coordinate for Tableau automation issues related to post-8pm dialler reportsMaintain and manage Truecaller and Callyzer recordsTrack and manage leads across multiple campaigns and bucketsManage call pacing, connectivity, and dialling via predictive & progressive models in AmeyoExecute outbound IVR call blasts during special campaignsProvide daily campaign-wise disposition reports and learner updatesConduct daily/weekly/monthly analysis of learners dialled, connected and convertedSupport call transfers between departments (e.g., IST Support)Requirements2–4 years of experience in Ameyo dialler operations or similar platformsStrong knowledge of predictive & progressive dialling, call pacing, and campaign setupHands-on experience with Truecaller and CallyzerBasic knowledge of Tableau or similar reporting tools preferredExcellent coordination, reporting, and time management skills
