Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer support professional to join our team. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through email and chat channels.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to problem-solve, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Providing customer support via email and chat
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to senior colleagues or managers as needed
About the Role:

Key Qualifications:
Graduate freshers or those with at least 6 months of BPO experience
B.tech./UG degree from a recognized institution
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools
Salary: Rs. 16,000 per month
Shift: Rotational shifts
Work Days: 5 days a week with 2 days of rotational offs
Location: Gurgaon
