Front Office Receptionist Job Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to regular sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming enquiries via phone and WhatsApp, clearly explaining our counselling process, services, and policies.
  • Coordinate appointments, follow up regularly, and greet clients during their visit.
  • Update and maintain client follow-up records and attendance, as well as assist with WhatsApp status and basic promotion efforts.
  • Report to the centre manager and collaborate effectively with the team.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a clinic, school, telecalling, hospital, or front desk environment.
  • Fluency in Tamil, English, and Malayalam (a valuable asset).
  • Emotional maturity, responsibility, and politeness, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and records accurately.
  • Comfortable using mobile devices, WhatsApp, and basic Google Sheets or registers.
