Strategic Employee Relations Specialist

Job Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Employee Relations initiatives.
About the Role: This position involves cultivating deep subject matter expertise to address employment and employee relations issues.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
- Analyze and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
- Develop and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve team experiences.
- Identify opportunities for growth through consultant referrals and redeployment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
