Key Account Development Manager

PepsiCo is a leading global food and beverage company with a diverse portfolio of brands. As a Sales Associate Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing key account plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with key accounts to set clear expectations, ensure continuous orders, and expand business through effective marketing plan execution.
You will develop wiring plans for each key account, ensuring smooth business operations and adherence to trade norms. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to boost business through festivals, local events, and other initiatives.
In terms of channel management, you will identify potential accounts, onboard them, and provide channel marketing insights to National FPRs in PepsiCo. This will enable proper implementation of plans, address challenges, and identify sources of growth.
Your responsibilities will also include managing stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation, negotiating maximum in-store visibility, and working with the Marketing Development Team to create chain-wise strategies and execute end-to-end plans.
Furthermore, you will hire and retain self-motivated merchandizers and PSRs to handle key accounts, ensuring in-store execution and support. You will also train merchandizers and PSRs to handle accounts independently.
