PepsiCo seeks a skilled National Accounts Coordinator to handle multiple national and regional accounts across its business territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, deploying, and executing joint business plans with key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional trade business and possess excellent communication skills. They will work closely with key accounts to set clear expectations, ensure continuous orders, and expand business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop wiring plans for each key account through continuous networking with FPRs to ensure smooth business operations
  • Adhere to the terms of trade with each account and ensure in-store execution as per trade norms
  • Identify opportunities like festivals and local events to boost business and plan accordingly

Channel Management

  • Identify potential accounts and onboard them to ensure expansion of business
  • Provide channel marketing insights to National FPRs in PepsiCo for proper implementation of plans, address challenges, and identify sources of growth

Execution

  • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation
  • Ensure maximum in-store visibility through negotiation
  • Work with Marketing Development Team to create chain-wise strategy and execute end-to-end

Team Management

  • Hire and retain self-motivated merchandizers and PSRs to handle Key Accounts to ensure in-store execution and support
  • Train merchandizers and PSRs to handle accounts independently
