Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Operations professional to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in operational processes, stakeholder management, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions, coordinating effectively with sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Key responsibilities include managing student onboarding inventory, school readiness, preparing and maintaining dashboards, MIS reports, and data trackers for performance monitoring.

Drafting and circulating professional emails, notices, and communication updates is also an essential part of this role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist in planning and execution of new initiatives and process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to create and maintain dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong ability in email drafting and professional correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
