
Business Process Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business, managing daily tasks, and overseeing stock management.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Knowledge & Report Analysis: Ensure that all products are accurately stocked and delivered on time. This includes analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stock Receiving at Store: Receive and process incoming stock in a timely manner, providing accurate feedback to logistics teams as necessary.
- Stock Room Organization: Optimize storage space within the stock room, maintaining high standards of tidiness and organization. All security procedures must be followed.
- Stock Transfer: Oversee the transfer of stock between stores, adhering to deadlines and providing detailed feedback.
- Inventory: Collaborate with managers to plan inventory preparation, checking spacing and tidiness of the stock room. Allocate personnel resources for the inventory process and monitor timelines and quality.
- Floor Operations: Support department managers to run floor operations efficiently, ensuring adherence to all processes.
- Productivity Management: Assist store managers in managing productivity levels within the store.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, experience in a similar role, proficiency in MS Office.
