Job Title: Territory Business Manager

Primary Job Function:

Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target involves driving business growth by meeting and exceeding set sales objectives.

Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision means taking ownership of daily tasks and delivering results with minimal oversight.

Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system is essential for monitoring progress and staying connected with the team.

Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division requires maintaining high standards of performance and adhering to established benchmarks.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share by fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting our products effectively.

Promote the Division's products as per strategy involves staying up-to-date with market trends and customer needs, and communicating this information to internal stakeholders.

Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc) is critical for building trust and credibility with key customers.

Facilitating Strategy building means working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business outcomes.

A good Brand Ambassador should embody the values and mission of our organization, and serve as a positive representative of our brand.

Minimum Education:

BSc/B. Pharma.

Experience/Training Required:

2+ Yrs of experience Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also consider Candidate with prior/current experience in same therapy. Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage. Fluent and confident in communication.
