We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- This includes managing a team of 10-20 individuals, accurately planning and achieving fortnightly and monthly client retention and revenue targets, and providing consultation to clients on digital marketing solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, servicing, or retention in the BFSI, Telecom, Ecommerce, or Service industry, and have managed at least one team of sales professionals.
- They must possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, as well as an MBA degree.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven track record of success in sales, servicing, or retention.
- Experience managing a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- An MBA degree is mandatory.
