Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities. The ideal candidate will develop targeted growth strategies, build key relationships with clients, and collaborate with the sales team to expand existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and execute customized client engagement strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients and track interactions and correspondence.
- Engage in proactive outreach efforts to establish new relationships and close sales, ultimately meeting sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives and milestones.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- A proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and navigate ambiguity with ease.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business growth and efficiency.
