Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hiring processes, with the ability to deliver closures within defined timelines. They should have excellent stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and operational rigor, along with the ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms and referrals.
  • Candidate Engagement: Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced/start-up or staffing environments.
  • Sourcing Skills: Excellent sourcing skills using social media and direct search.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
