Drive high-impact recruitment by leveraging AI tools and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing strategic hiring plans that align with our business objectives. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Functional Consultants from across Kerala, TN, and other key markets across India.
  • Maintaining and opening new talent pools across cities and competitor ecosystems to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Leveraging AI-powered tools, data insights, and digital strategies to drive recruitment productivity, efficiency, and smarter decision-making.

You will work closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience with at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
  • A go-getter mindset — persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under ambitious goals.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box: creative sourcing, employer branding, digital and social engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to take stakeholders and teams along while also challenging the status quo.
