Lead Talent Acquisitions

We're seeking a seasoned hiring leader to spearhead elite talent acquisition in India. This position requires expertise in sourcing exceptional professionals, leveraging AI tools and digital strategies to drive recruitment productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify top Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Functional Consultants from across key markets.
  • Map and open new talent pools across cities and competitor ecosystems to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and data insights to drive recruitment efficiency and smarter decision-making.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.
  • Drive accountability by reporting on KPIs like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience with at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
  • A go-getter mindset — persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under ambitious goals.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box: creative sourcing, employer branding, digital and social engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to take stakeholders and teams along while also challenging the status quo.
  • Data-driven approach with sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI.
