Job Title: Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.

  2. Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  3. Graduate in any discipline with a strong academic record.
  4. Identify target areas for prospective business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  5. Pre-screen customer segments to ensure alignment with organizational norms and goals.
  6. Ensure timely and efficient disbursement processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  7. Proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products to meet their requirements.
  8. Execute sales promotion activities to build brand awareness and customer interest in our organization.
  9. Build and maintain strong client relationships both internally and externally.
  10. Develop relationships with new vendors and ensure compliance with all audit and regulatory requirements.
  11. Establish and maintain strong distribution channels to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or sales a plus
