
Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to handle day-to-day tasks including addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales abilities, and strong problem-solving skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues in a timely manner.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Working closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Sales skills to assist with customer acquisition and retention
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in customer care or a related role is a plus, but not required.
