
Senior Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide exceptional support to our premium customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a comprehensive suite of products and services.
- Deliver timely and accurate responses via various channels, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently, leveraging expertise and resources.
- Document solutions in our knowledge base for enhanced customer self-service capabilities.
- Contribute to product development by sharing valuable insights from customer interactions.
- Share expertise through internal training sessions, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an enterprise customer support role, preferably in a premium support team or as a Technical Account Manager.
- A strong understanding of APIs and ability to run/test API calls, driving technical excellence.
- Fundamental knowledge of HTML/JS principles, enabling effective communication and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and concision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, balancing autonomy and teamwork.
- Capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, promoting effective collaboration.
