
Senior Customer Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to excel in a senior customer support role where you will provide exceptional service and support to clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer interactions and resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their queries.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Train and mentor junior team members in customer support best practices.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose improvements to processes or products.
Requirements:
- 1-10 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
