Customer Service Associate Lead

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Hird. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, working in a dynamic environment, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
About the RoleThis role involves handling customer interactions daily, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met at both individual and team levels. You will be required to meet and exceed all performance thresholds, focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Response Time, Average Handling Time, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure SLAs are met consistently at individual and team levels.
- Meet and exceed all performance thresholds.
- Focus on KPIs like RSAT, AHT, and customer experience.
- Remain up-to-date with new changes and developments.
- Implement feedback and corrective actions to prevent repeat instances.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills, with prior experience in contact centers not mandatory.
- A strong team player with leadership qualities.
- Strong domain knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work in any shifts, including night and midnight shifts.
We offer a competitive salary package, open to all available shifts, staggered shifts, working on weekends, and 6 days of work if needed. Our ideal candidate will have a graduate degree or above, with a minimum of 9 months and maximum of 10 years of experience in the contact center industry.
Please note that the estimated salary for this position is ₹25,000 per month, based on the location and requirements of the role.
