Solar EPC Business Director

PrimeTower Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Solar EPC Business Director to lead our sales efforts in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects across India. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with 7+ years of experience in Solar EPC sales to join our team as a Business Director. You will be responsible for leading market expansion, inspiring a team, and driving the adoption of clean energy across your state.

This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. You'll have autonomy and creative freedom to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Ownership: Strategize, lead, and execute sales plans for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial solar EPC projects within your state.
  • Revenue & Targets: Meet ambitious targets with confidence. You'll lead the sales funnel from lead generation to final project closure.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a rockstar sales team to dominate your state's solar market.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and local decision-makers for long-term success.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Bring insights, not just numbers. Provide leadership with accurate sales projections and growth strategies.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Solar EPC sales, covering Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive revenue, and deliver impactful results.
  • In-depth knowledge of state-specific renewable energy regulations and project dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you'll own this role like you're building your own business.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of ₹20 lakhs per annum, plus sales-linked incentives that can take your earnings up to ₹50 lakhs per year.
